All members are requested to read these terms carefully before using this platform. By completing registration, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

bp222 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online casino and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bp222. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the Platform, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms.

General Provisions

1.1 — Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the bp222 platform, whether registered members or guest visitors. Using any part of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the Platform.

1.2 — Right to Amend Terms

bp222 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is the member's own responsibility to stay informed about the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 — Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any disagreement over the interpretation of a term, bp222's interpretation shall be considered final.

Account & Registration

2.1 — Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use services on bp222, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into contracts on your own behalf.
You are not creating an account from a restricted region.
The information you provide must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
You may hold only one account on bp222.

2.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Notify bp222 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity. bp222 will not be liable for misuse of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the negligence occurred on bp222's part.

2.3 — Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. In the event of multiple accounts being created, bp222 may close any or all accounts, cancel deposited funds and bonuses, and forfeit any winnings earned.

2.4 — Identity Verification

bp222 may request documentation for identity verification at any time. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

bp222 currently supports transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Payments through methods other than those listed are not accepted.

3.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The following limits apply for each method:

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable for all payment methods)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour

Make sure to use the correct account number when making a deposit. bp222 will not be responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number.

3.3 — Withdrawal Process

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account has been fully verified. Withdrawal amounts will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been met.

3.4 — Transaction Verification and Fraud Prevention

bp222 monitors all financial transactions. If suspicious activity is identified, the relevant account and transactions may be temporarily suspended and an additional verification process may be initiated. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

Members are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit to bp222, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will add the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposited funds and bonus. For example, to fulfill the wagering requirement for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed. Winnings earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this requirement is met.

4.3 — General Rules for Bonus Use

Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period.
Bonuses are for personal use only — transfer or sale is prohibited.
If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is identified, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
bp222 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
Wagering from the regular balance is not counted while a bonus is active.

4.4 — VIP Program

bp222's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's overall gaming activity and engagement on the Platform. Cashback is awarded at bp222's sole discretion.

Gaming Rules

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

bp222 is committed to ensuring fair play. A random number generator (RNG) is used in all games, ensuring unbiased and unpredetermined outcomes. Any attempt to influence the gaming system using software, bots, or automation tools of any kind is strictly prohibited.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp222:

Use of any form of manipulation or fraudulent techniques
Selling, transferring, or renting an account
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the Platform
Gaining bonus advantages through multiple accounts
Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third party's account
Any form of money laundering or illegal activity

5.3 — Gaming Result Disputes

Limitation of Liability

9.1 — Service Availability

The bp222 platform endeavors to ensure uninterrupted service; however, bp222 will not be liable for temporary disruptions caused by factors such as maintenance, technical issues, or power outages. In such circumstances, the return of staked funds for active bets will remain at bp222's discretion.

9.2 — Third-Party Content

The games available on bp222 are products of various third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others). bp222's liability regarding technical errors or results related to these games is limited. bp222 will always attempt to resolve issues by contacting the relevant provider.
